This course is a project-based course that develops ICT, career, and communication skills in print and graphic design using Adobe tools. This course is aligned to Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator certification. English language arts are reinforced. Work-based learning strategies appropriate for this course include job shadowing.
Digital Media teaches fundamental design concepts in all areas of digital design, including graphics, animation, audio, video, and web design. The skill and knowledge learned in this course can be applied to pass Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) exams.
Advanced Digital Media teaches advanced design concepts in all areas of digital design, including graphics, animation, audio, video, and web design. This course also focuses on professional skills used in the workplace and the development of industry-standard portfolios. The skill and knowledge learned in this course can be applied to pass Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) exams.
